SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY LOCATIONS

9.1 Orders submitted are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00, and will be processed within 48 hours of order receipt.

9.2 We anticipate shipping the Products within the following times:

• Deliveries in Italy: 1-2 business days;
• Deliveries in the European Union and UK: 2-3 business days;
• Deliveries in Russia: 10-15 business days;
• Deliveries in the rest of the world: 4-5 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs inspections or unforeseen or unpredictable circumstances.

9.3 The ordered Products will be shipped within the specified times unless there are issues with payment checks or the transfer is not received within the specified timeframe in the PAYMENTS section of the General Terms and Conditions. We do not make shipments on holidays.

9.4 The Products will be delivered via courier with "express" delivery, as indicated in the confirmation email.

TRANSPORT METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY TIMES

Payments made will result in order preparation within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the registration date.

Orders will be processed and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 18:00 GMT+1, except for recognized holidays in Italy. The merchandise will be ready for shipment only after receiving payment.

Unless in exceptional situations, we commit to doing our best to process the order within the specified delivery times. However, during discount or promotional periods, due to high order volumes, delays in order processing may occur. Please note that the courier does not make shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Shipments will be carried out via couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, or TNT.

All shipments from Spazio Bra will be insured against theft or damage. If you receive a visibly damaged package, we ask you not to accept it, leave it with the courier, or accept it with a reservation.

Once you have personally received the delivery and confirmed the receipt of the package with a signature, the insurance coverage will be considered concluded.

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the table below.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipping notification email with all the details. Subsequently, you will receive a notification directly from the courier with the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Customers residing in countries outside the European Union will be exempt from VAT.

All shipments outside the European Union will be subject to customs duties and import charges, which will vary based on the type of product and its value.

COUNTRIES IN "DDP" (Delivery with Duties and Taxes Paid)

In countries indicated as "DDP," the customer will not have to pay additional costs for customs clearance or delivery, as duties and taxes are included in the final price.

COUNTRIES IN "DDU" (Delivery with Duties and Taxes Unpaid)

In countries indicated as "DDU," customs costs will be borne by the customer and will be calculated by the courier at the time of shipment delivery. Spazio Bra has no control over these costs and cannot predict them before shipment. Please contact the local customs office for further information.
